What payment types do you accept?

We accept payment from most major credit cards as well as debit through PayPal.  It is not necessary to sign up for an account with PayPal in order to purchase from our website.

If locally, we can accept cash, money order, Mastercard or Visa.  Please contact us for local purchases.

How will my item arrive?

All jewelry is packaged in a cotton lined box wrapped in tissue and sealed with a ribbon and label. These are then mailed in a padded envelope for extra protection.

What if I want my item sent as a gift?

Please select “gift wrap” while checking out or leave a comment when ordering.  Gift wrapped items will be complimentary wrapped and no invoice will be included with the package.  If you would like a note or card sent with the item, we can also accommodate that.  Just leave your message in the comment section while checking out.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to let us know you wish to return it.  We will issue you a return authorization # and a return shipping address.  All return items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.  Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and tracking/insurance is recommended.  Refund minus original shipping fees will be refunded once item is returned and processed via method paid.

If your item was a gift you may exchange your item for another of same value or receive store credit.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gift to receive an authorization # and return shipping address.  Once the item has been returned to us we will issue you a store credit or ship out your new item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

What is your jewelry’s warranty?

All jewelry is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months (1 year) after purchase date.  Any repairs for these reasons will be repaired at no charge.  Shipping of item for repair is the responsibility of the customer.  Once repair has occurred, we will ship back to you at no additional charge.  Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the warrantor and does not include regular wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, or improper storage or cleaning.

Items which have passed the year warranty or have become damaged due to misuse may be repaired for a fee at our discretion.  Please contact us for further information.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Every jewelry piece comes with a care card letting you know how to make your piece last a lifetime.

The best way to keep your jewelry looking brand new is to wear your jewelry on a regular basis. The oils in your skin help to keep your pieces shining bright day after day.  That being said, to keep tarnish at bay, a good jewelry polishing cloth is recommended over liquid or cream cleaners.  Cleaners, while good at bringing out a shine, can damaged stones and pearls as well as remove intentional patinas and colour treatments.

If you aren’t wearing your jewelry for a while it can be stored in small zip-lock bags which slow down the oxidation of the metals.  Pearls are not recommended to being stored this way and pearl jewelry should be placed in anti-tarnish lined jewelry boxes or clothes.
